Our Ladies Only Self Defence classes run every Wednesday evening from 7 to 8 in our Studios in Worle and Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 in The Hub in Glastonbury.
The classes are based on our martial arts curriculum but there's no belt system or uniform, just a relaxed atmosphere to try and make a serious subject as light hearted as possible.
We have 3 instructors who teach this class, alternating depending on their other commitments.

Subjects we cover include:

Body language, verbal de-escalation, stances, footwork, punches, elbow strikes, knees, kicks,
ground fighting, pressure points, how to stand up, take downs, improvised weapons,
targets, situational awareness, blocks, and more.
