What class do you need?

Yōji, which simply means Youngster, is a class for 4 to 10 year olds. Students in this class wear white T-shirts.

The Kohai class is for anyone aged 11 years or older into adulthood, we believe this class is suitable, and taught in such a way, that it's appropriate for a wide range of ages. Kohai students wear heather grey T-shirts.

LOSD is an acronym of Ladies Only Self Defence and is for women aged 11+ who want to learn self defence but not in a uniform and belt wearing martial arts class. It's an ongoing class which has some structure but often follows a different path depending on the relevant questions asked by students during the lesson. We don't offer short courses or anything like that as it is impossible to learn self defence in a one hour per week, 6 week long class.
