Two circuits of our ever changing stations with each station focusing on different muscle groups. As you will be pushing yourself to your limits, wherever they may be, it will always be a tough hour but infinitely rewarding both physically and mentally.

It is held every Saturday at 2.30pm and Tuesday at 9.15am. Spaces are limited.

It's open to any Plan C Training student free of charge or anyone else aged 12 years or over for just £5 per session.

You don't need any martial arts or boxing experience, all stations will be explained before we start and as we go around by our friendly and supportive staff.
